Working with kids in the studio

I’ve been working closely with a client on her exciting new project, which includes the launch of a gorgeous website that luckily for me, needed some custom-shot imagery.

One of the images I was asked to create was of a toddler reaching out for some finger food on a baby plate.

Sounds easy enough right? Capturing this image was a lot trickier than you might imagine. It's no secret that toddlers don’t do what you want them to do, and especially not when you want them to do it.

What was that advice someone once gave about never working with children or animals…

Fortunately, we got a few good shots.
